There’s nothing like the perfect red lipstick! It just makes you feel like such a LADY and an unstoppable one at that!

Over the years, I’ve tried quite a few red lipsticks. With much trial and error,  I think I’ve finally found the top four for brown skin.

In my opinion, the perfect red lipstick is bright yet deep, but also has a hue of a blue undertone to it. It sounds a little complicated, but I’ve found the ones the fit the mold beautifully.

These perfect red lipsticks compliment brown skin so well and even make your teeth look super white. Now, who doesn’t love that?!

I have to agree 100%. I stumbled across this lipstick when I was going through my Colourpop lip product obsession and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect deep red. 

Sephora Collection – Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick in Always Red:

I absolutely love Sephora and can literally spend hours in the store. It’s truly a girl’s dream! So when I came across this red lipstick, I just knew it was going

Sephora describes this as “a silky, long-lasting lip stain that keeps the lips covered with bold color from AM to PM — no need to reapply or touch up throughout the day”.

Where did they lie? This lipstick is great and it doesn’t have your lips feeling or looking dry throughout the day, which is a huge plus.

FENTY BEAUTY by Rihanna – Stunna Lip Paint Longwear Fluid Lip Color in Uncensored:

I’m not going to even lie, I was late jumping onto the Fenty bandwagon.

It went from always been sold out to some one matching me wrong with the foundation and I just left it there.

But when I got my hands on this lipstick, it all changed. I wanted everything!!

This lipstick is hands down my absolute favorite.The color is amazing and looks great on everyone.

Fenty describes this lipstick as “a weightless, long-wearing, liquid lipstick with a soft-matte finish — born in a range of head-turning shades that look incredible on all skin tones.” and boy are they right!

The packaging alone is head-turning, so of course the product would be. 

MAC COSMETICS – Retro Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo:

Now this was the lipstick that introduced me to my love for red lips.

The MAC counter is wear it all began for me. Ruby Woo is truly the OG of red lipsticks.

MAC describes it as “a long-wearing lipstick formula with intense colour payoff and a completely matte finish”. Ruby Woo will forever be a fav of mine.

The color is bomb and it compliments every skin tone.

Even though these are some of my holy grail makeup products right now, I’m always up for trying new things especially lippies.
